First of all we're going to champion one of the small privately owned courses in the area. This nine hole course is as bang in the middle of the Scottish Borders as you'll get with scenery that will literally take your breath away.
Tho' it's part of the Lilliardsedge Caravan Park you don't need to own a caravan to play there, but if you do we guess you could happily nip out for a quick round before breakfast.
The course is compact, but adventurous with marshes, woodland and a strategically placed stream that can land you in severe trouble. At only £15 for a midweek round we see this as enjoyable value for money.
