Coldstream - the new Gretna?

The number of civil marriages at Coldstream is at a record high.
Since the launch of the Coldstream Marriage Room six months ago there
have been 18 civil ceremonies booked compared with just five for the
whole of the previous year.
The brochure created for the Coldstream Marriage Room has also gained
new advertisers and has attracted a lot of interest both locally and
nationally.
The photo shows Helen and Richard with the Coldstream Guards at their wedding last autumn. Thanks to photographer Barbara Berkowitz (01890) 833756 for this.
