Woodside Walled Garden, Ancrum

This overgrown garden shed sits within the boundaries of the walled garden which once served the Monteviot Estate.

Now run by two wonderfully knowledgeable gardeners, their expertise is matched only by the cooking skills of the ladies in the coffee shop. The coffee tastes like coffee really should (aaaaaaaaaaaaah!) and the cakes, including the lemon roulade to keel over for, are just too delicious.
Here we captured Peter and Catherine Elliott celebrating their fifteenth wedding anniversary. Now they know a decent cuppa coffee when they see one!
