There are so many tempting places to eat out in the Scottish Borders.
Many of the local hotels and restaurants use fine produce from this area from world-famous Tweed salmon to beef from local farms, again some of the best in the world.
Locally produced soft fruits and vegetables also feature strongly on these menus as well as farm-produced cheeses.
Fine restaurants in the area serve delicious seafood fresh from Eyemouth market, often just caught in the North Sea.
Using local produce is not only the green option, but a pretty tasty one too.
These are places we'd hand on heart recommend for a tasty meal and we intend to throw in some honest food reviews too.
