The Lodge, Carfraemill

This place has gained an excellent reputation for producing delicious food with a strong emphasis on local produce and the proprietors go down in Scottish culinary history for championing beef on the bone. This establishment is owned by a local farming family who know where to source, and certainly how to cook the best the Borders has to offer.
